Years ago, I faced a significant setback when I lost money in a rogue real estate investment. How did this all start? At 16, I was a cashier in a bustling shoe store, learning the ropes of customer service. By 1999, I was at Ryerson University in the planning department, gaining hands-on experience in trades like carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, mechanical systems, and HVAC. My passion for real estate led me to become a real estate agent in 2007, and by 2011, I was a landlord. In 2015, I stepped into the world of mortgage brokerage, becoming a full-fledged mortgage broker by 2016.

The turning point came in 2018 when I launched my system, Become Bankers. This breakthrough allowed me to take on larger real estate development projects and truly understand the power of financial leverage. By 2021, I became an insurance broker, committed to helping others achieve financial freedom through safe and effective strategies.

Studying the habits of wealthy individuals revealed their radically different mindset about money. Instead of overfunding RRSPs and working until 65, they achieved financial freedom much earlier by mastering the art of leverage and passive income.
